Logan Sportsman Lodge & Hunting Preserve has an abundance of eastern turkey thriving in their habitation of hardwood and pine forests and crop land consisting of corn, soybeans, grain sorghum, and sunflowers. We offer one to four-day hunts to suit your preference.

Bag Limits, Restrictions & Fines
Limit one gobbler per day, and a maximum of 5 gobblers per season as mandated by Alabama State Law.
Hens are off limits. Do not take one. In addition to the fine listed below imposed by Logan Sportsman Lodge & Hunting Preserve, your game will be reported to the appropriate authorities in the state, and we cannot guarantee the fines and penalties the state may choose to impose upon you. We are fair game hunters and adhere to the law mandated by out state.
A $500 fine per hen, and a $500 fine per gobbler over the limits mandated by Alabama State Law will be imposed.
Turkey hunting on our property requires children 16 to 18 years of age to be accompanied by an adult of age 21 years or older with parental written consent and release. We do not allow children under the age of 16 to turkey hunt for safety reasons and the nature of the hunt. No alcohol consumption is allowed prior to or during any hunt! Violators of this restriction will be fined $500.00 and may be subject, at the owner's discretion, to loss of hunting privileges on our land for the duration of your scheduled hunt. If your hunting privileges are lost due to alcohol consumption prior to or during any hunt, endangering the lives of others, the owner retains the right to keep ALL of your hunting fees with NO refund even though you do not hunt.
A deposit of one-half of your hunting fees will be required in advance to secure your hunt dates. If you cancel your hunt one-week in advance, you will receive one-half of your deposit in the form of a refund. If you cancel your scheduled hunt less than one-week in advance, we will not issue a refund of any type due to the potential loss of bookings to our business.
